Trần Thị Kiều Chinh is a semi-finalist of the Redress Design Award 2022. She holds a Higher National Diploma in Fashion and Textiles from the London College for Design and Fashion, and a BA (Hons) in Fashion Design from the University of the West of England.

redress Design Award Collection

Chinh’s Redress Design Award collection, ‘SWAN’, takes advantage of the freedom of pleated fabric to allow zero-waste pattern cutting, such as using different direction pleats, pulling, or gathering pleats to create her desired shapes. She also emphasises timeless and contemporary design elements to encourage wearers to keep garments for longer and repurpose them into new items.
