2019 Photoshoot

Set against bright backdrops of artistically torn dead-stock paper, the Redress Design Award 2019 photoshoot celebrates the next generation’s creative frontrunners who are breaking through industry norms to drive a sustainable future for fashion. The Hive Studios provided a space for endless creativity and inspiring visions, which are transformed into reality by our creative team. Renowned stylist Kieran Ho and photographer Donald Chiu perfectly captured our ten Finalists’ approaches to circular design; including zero-waste, reconstruction and up-cycling techniques. The images on these pages demonstrate the infinite possibilities enabled by the power of creativity, and prove once again that waste does not belong in landfills.
