Zsófia Tátrai is a semi-finalist of the Redress Design Award 2019. She has a PBA in Design and Business - Fashion Design from VIA Design, Denmark and an AP in Design and Business from Erhvervsakademi Sydvest, Denmark.

redress Design Award Collection

Inspired by the parks and green oases in urban environments, Zsófia’s competition collection ‘Craving Nature’ focuses on traditional craftsmanship and timelessness through classic silhouettes. Zsófia combines up-cycled damaged yarns and secondhand knitwear, re-spinning them to create new stronger yarn that through knitting and handweaving creates zero-waste pieces, which she combines with secondhand garments.
