Dana Cohen explores up-cycling in her haute couture series 'Worn Again'

Great to see another of our alumni designers continuing on their mission to transform fashion! EcoChic Design Award 2015/16 semi-finalist Dana Cohen explored up-cycling in her haute couture series Worn Again, a series challenging mass produced fashion and its impacts.

Through this series, Dana took a new approach to fabric manufacturing, by transforming unwanted garments into new fabrics which she then used to create show-stopping pieces. She explained, "By knitting new pieces and integrating them in a new fabric, I could illustrate the transformation from old to new."
