This cycle, we awarded more of our EcoChic Design Award Alumni designers with recognition and support for their sustainable brands.

Cora Bellotto received a customised business development mentorship with Arnault Castel, owner of independent Hong Kong retailer kapok, and her collection is now stocked in store at PMQ, Hong Kong.

In addition, personally selected by Amber Valletta - EcoChic Design Award ambassador - alumni Angus Tsui receives a 12-month business membership to the CO (Common Objective) platform, allowing him to showcase his work to like-minded organisations and make invaluable industry connections.

"It is so exciting and promising to see such thoughtfulness and care for sustainable practices and we need more of that in fashion," Amber Valletta shared with us. "My best advice for emerging designers is to pay attention to fit of all designs. One of the biggest problems we have when buying for Master & Muse are the issues around good fit. Also, paying attention to design and being realistic of what people are buying and not just designing out of pure expression is key. Creativity is important but we need clothing that is wearable and desirable."
